Humanitarian Crisis:

The state of Texas' lone children

Thousands of children in Texas face separation from family, a culture and language they do not know and frightening legal action. Texas legal aid providers are overwhelmed with a staggering increase in legal need. These lawyers are unable to do more and must have help!

We need your help

GIVE:
The Texas Access to Justice Foundation has committed to finding dollars because these children can't wait.  As with Hurricane Katrina, TAJF knows crisis funding must be found NOW.

VOLUNTEER: SPONSOR:  Justice AmeriCorps Project
Sponsor or co-sponsor boots on the ground!  Texas Access to Justice Foundation and Equal Justice Works (EJW) will support nine legal professionals to help in this crisis over the next two years.  With funds from the Department of Justice, EJW will deploy this corps of attorneys and paralegals nationwide, but they require matching dollars.  TAJF is seeking funds to support the required match.  Be a sponsor!
